This workshop is based on the Ford 8D TOPS Methodology
and is specifically designed for solving chronic
and frustrating problems; primary defects and warranty
issues that tend to recur every now and then.
The 8-Discipline approach (Eight D) is a team-based
problem solving. It essentially presents a standard
methodology for data analysis and statistical thinking
